The Gifting Coordinator is a strong communicator with great attention to detail and follow through. They enjoy organization, teamwork, and juggling many balls at once in a fast-paced environment. They get fulfillment from troubleshooting issues, both independently and with a team.

The coordinator works closely with internal team members, clients and external partners to meet gifting needs for a wide variety of projects and events. They will communicate closely with vendors to source product, check inventory and confirm pricing. They will then place product orders and confirm shipping timelines. Once the product arrives in-house, the coordinator will do inventory and quality-control of the products before preparing them for delivery to the final recipient. The coordinator will provide updates to stakeholders throughout the order cycle and ensure project documents reflect real-time information. Data management, research and general administrative support will also be focus points for this role.

You'll spend your days on the following:

· Set-up organizational process for each project.

· Create and maintain project documents and lists including customer database, order status lists, etc.

· Communicate with vendors on inventory, pricing, and customization options.

· Place product orders and then follow the order through to delivery.

· Verify product quality upon delivery.

· Oversee end product packaging and shipping.

· Learn client brand standards, industry terminology and pricing models.

· Attend networking or tradeshow events, as needed.

· Participate in team and client meetings.

· Travel 1-3 times per year, either to product shows or events to execute gifting needs

What you need to be successful in this role:

· Experience in the promotional products industry, merchandising or like field is desirable.

· Strong attention to detail and follow-through

· Multi-tasker with ability to change directions quickly

· High level of customer service

· Self-starter & resourceful

· Able to take direction from and work with many different personalities

· Efficient computer skills (Excel and Word proficiency required, InDesign desirable), with the ability to learn new software as needed

· Excellent time management

· Creative problem solver
