Have you been in the corporate event planning industry for at least 5 years? Do you enjoy working with a variety of events and clients in a fast-paced environment? If yes...we'd like to talk with you! The Augeo Experience team serves over 100 different brands, creating unique and memorable incentives, meetings and conferences and we are always looking to create strong partnerships with contract planners on a project-by-project basis. Planners will work alongside our team throughout the planning phase of the event, as well as travel onsite for event execution.

Do you have experience in virtual events as well? Great! We design in-person, hybrid and virtual events.

Depending on the project, you could be involved in:

  • Arranging event logistics for in-person events such as transportation, attendee communication, d├ęcor, entertainment, online registration, activities, venue contracting and more.
  • Arranging event logistics for virtual events such as writing run of show, assessing virtual event platform capabilities, and speaker management and tech checks.
  • Acting as the client and/or attendee point-of-contact, providing recommendations, assisting with requests and keeping the project on course.
  • Running team project meetings and client conference calls.
  • Communicating with clients, team members, and partners promptly via email, phone and in-person meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate event records at all times.
  • Pulling and crosschecking event reports.
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, recaps and proofreading.
  • Traveling onsite for event execution (long days/light lifting) or remotely executing virtual events.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum of 5 years event planning experience. Experience as a third-party planner or in an agency environment is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the corporate event planning industry including client and project management, hotel and vendor coordination, experience design and attendee registration.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adopt Augeo's planning processes and technology tools.
  • Committed to delivering excellent client service throughout the project.
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook proficiency required; virtual event platform experience preferred)
